All prices are in, and processed in New Zealand (NZD). We endeavour to have our pricing as accurate and current as we possibly can. The prices are detailed within the individual product listings and we reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time.
2. Product Descriptions
At Loulou we ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website.
However images on our website have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that these images will reproduce in the exact colour nor that any given image will reflect the full design or options involving to that product.
Loulou reserves the right to rectify any error or oversight.
3. Conditions of Order
We ensure to keep our website product listings current but give no guarantee to the availability of any product advertised on our website. All prices are in NZD, all orders placed within New Zealand will have GST (Goods & Services Tax) included in the advertised price.
International orders may be subject to Customs import duties and taxes based on the your country’s controls and regulations. These Custom duties and taxes are based on the value of the order and the tax free threshold of the destination country.
Payment of duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient of the order. These fees are collected at the time of delivery and the customer will be notified by the courier to make the payment prior to receiving goods.

4. Shipping & returns
Loulou operates under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
We will do our utmost to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. This includes offering refunds on orders that meet our returns policy.

6. Gift Cards
All Loulou Gift Cards are bound by the terms below.
Gift Cards may not be returned, refunded, redeemed for cash or credited to an account.
Loulou is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, altered, stolen or used without permission.
Promotions and discounts cannot be applied to Gift Card purchases. Gift Cards can only be redeemed if purchased through loulou.nz.
